I. Delivery Services and Logistics Partners

This service covers multiple countries and regions worldwide, ensuring that packages are delivered in a safe transportation environment.
Economical International Postal Service: By utilizing services such as China Post International Parcel Service, we offer you an affordable delivery option. It is suitable for customers who have relatively low requirements for delivery time and are cost-conscious.
Express delivery service: Through a service similar to FedEx’s priority overnight delivery, we can achieve rapid transportation to meet your urgent need for quick delivery of goods.
II. Freight calculation method
Weight and piece-rate charging: International freight is primarily calculated based on the larger of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ [volumetric weight conversion factor, such as 5000, with the unit of cubic centimeter per kilogram]) of the package. Different logistics methods have corresponding charging standards. The specific rate can be obtained in real-time on the settlement page according to your chosen destination and logistics method.
Charging based on destination zones: The world is divided into multiple freight zones. Countries and regions within the same zone adopt the same or similar freight standards. For example, the North American zone (including the United States, Canada, etc.) is one zone, and the European zone (including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, etc.) is another zone. The basic freight and overweight charges vary from zone to zone.
Comprehensive consideration of order amount and package weight: For certain specific products or orders, we will formulate a shipping strategy based on the combination of order amount and package weight. For example, if the order amount exceeds $20 and the package weight is within 2 kilograms, you can enjoy a certain shipping discount or promotion. The specific promotional conditions will be clearly indicated on the product details page or during the checkout process.
III. Scope of delivery
Available delivery countries and regions: Our international delivery service covers 43 countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to major economies such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. After entering the shipping address, you can check and confirm the complete list of available delivery countries and regions on the checkout page.
Restricted delivery areas: Due to political, economic, security, or logistics infrastructure reasons in certain countries or regions, we currently do not provide delivery services. These areas include but are not limited to [list specific regions, such as sanctioned countries, war-torn areas, and some remote island countries]. When you place an order, if the delivery address is located in a restricted delivery area, the system will automatically prompt and prevent you from placing the order.
IV. Shipping time and transportation duration
Delivery time: Upon receipt of your order and confirmation of successful payment, we will process and dispatch the order within 2 business days. This timeframe excludes weekends and statutory holidays. In case of product stock-outs, order information verification requirements, or other special circumstances, the delivery time may be delayed. We will promptly notify you via email or text message.
Transportation duration:
Standard international express delivery: It usually arrives at the destination within 3 to 7 working days after shipment. However, the specific time may fluctuate due to factors such as customs clearance efficiency and holidays in the destination country. For example, in some countries with stricter customs inspections, the customs clearance time may be extended by 1 to 3 working days.
International postal economic services: The transportation time is relatively long, usually 7 to 15 working days after shipment. In some remote areas or countries with lower postal service efficiency, it may take longer, up to 20 to 30 working days.
Express delivery service: We promise to deliver your package within 1 to 3 working days after shipment, providing you with the fastest logistics experience. However, under special circumstances such as extreme weather and major holidays, there may be short-term delays.
V. Logistics Tracking and Information Update
Tracking Number Provision: Once the package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping notification via email, which includes the logistics tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time shipping status of the package on the official website of the corresponding logistics provider.
Logistics information update frequency: Logistics providers typically update logistics information at key points during the transportation of packages, such as pickup, transfer, arrival in the destination country, and delivery. Generally, standard international express and express delivery services provide timely updates, with new status updates possibly occurring every 1-2 days. Information updates for economic international postal services may be relatively slower, with updates possibly occurring every 3-5 days. If you have not received any logistics information updates for a long time, we recommend waiting for a moment. If there is still no update, please contact our customer service team in a timely manner for assistance with your inquiry.
VI. Tariffs and Taxes
Customs declaration: We will truthfully fill in the declared value, product name, quantity, and other information of the package according to the customs declaration requirements of the destination country. The declared value will be determined based on the actual payment amount for the product you purchased.
Tariff responsibility: Due to significant differences in customs policies and tariff regulations across different countries and regions, any tariffs, value-added taxes, consumption taxes, and other taxes that may be incurred during the import process of parcels should be borne by the recipient. These taxes are usually calculated and levied by customs according to local regulations and tax rates when the parcel arrives at the destination country’s customs. We cannot accurately estimate the amount of taxes that you need to pay in advance. We recommend that you consult your local customs or relevant tax authorities before placing your order to understand the possible tariff situation. In some cases, logistics providers may offer customs duty payment services on your behalf, but may charge a certain handling fee. Specific services and fees can be inquired from the corresponding logistics provider.
VII. Special Circumstances and Disclaimer
Force Majeure Factors: In the event of a force majeure occurrence (such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics, etc.), logistics and transportation may be severely affected, potentially leading to delayed shipments or parcel deliveries. Under such circumstances, we will make every effort to communicate and coordinate with our logistics suppliers and promptly provide you with the latest logistics information. However, we shall not be liable for any delays or losses incurred due to force majeure.
Recipient information error: When placing an order, please carefully check the recipient information, such as the delivery address and contact number. If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect information provided by you, we will assist you in resolving the issue, but you may need to bear the additional logistics costs incurred. If the package is lost due to incorrect information, we will not be liable for compensation.
Customs inspection and seizure: As customs inspection of imported goods is a routine regulatory procedure, packages may be detained at customs for an extended period. We shall not be held liable if the package is seized or confiscated by customs due to violations of the laws, regulations, and customs rules of the destination country. However, we will actively cooperate and provide necessary assistance, such as providing relevant product purchase vouchers, invoices, and other documents, to help you handle customs matters.

Shipping Responsibility: If a product needs to be returned or exchanged due to quality issues, we will bear the international return shipping costs.
